Since 1st July 2019, the French rules on the digitalization of social documents have been aligned with those on tax matters. Clearly, it is now possible to scan "paper" documents and present these scanned versions during a social inspection. As a reminder, the system must be able to reproduce the document identically with a time stamping system. These scanning methods should not be overlooked because in the case of non-compliant scanning, the administration reserves the right to claim the originals.
